Kyle Baysinger, Owner, Design & Sales![]()
Kyle has been running Maestro since its inception in April 2005 and purchased the business from his partners in January 2009. Kyle took apart his first computer at age 11 and has been a professional in the technology industries since 1999. Working in the Wood River Valley in the custom electronics field since 2004, Kyle is a CEDIA & Control4 certified technician and is well-versed in industry standards for design and implementation of home and office technology solutions.
Shawn McClain, Project Manager
Shawn’s extensive, low-voltage experience spans four decades beginning work with his father in the security industry at the age of eleven. This background provided him with strong skills in the residential and commercial security and fire industry, CCTV systems and access control. Shawn quickly progressed from installation to project management and operations. In 1992, Shawn began subcontracting in the audio/video field from California to the Cayman Islands. Maestro is pleased to welcome such an experienced manager and technician to our team as of April 2010!

Tony Estrada, Technician
Tony is a 3rd year Electrical Apprentice and has been actively working in the electrical field since 2007. He recently joined Maestro in April 2011. His personal passion for the AV and technology industries, combined with his electrical expertise, make him a valuable addition to our team.
Amy Hanson, Office Manager
Amy began as our Office Manager in October of 2009. Amy has a technical background in software training and implementation. She also has experience in personnel management. Her professional endeavors have always been rooted in customer service and process refinement. As Maestro continues to achieve and grow, we are confident that Amy's contributions will help streamline and solidify our company.
Brooke Bonner, Marketing Manager
Brooke joined the Maestro team in December 2008. Originally hired for a bit of bookkeeping, she now gets to do fun projects like this website, email newsletters, public works licensing, human resources, and more. As owner of Green Antelope Gallery and a member of The Hunger Coalition’s board of directors, she has enough managerial and business experience to help keep Maestro running smoothly.
